KEENE LIONS CLUB

The Keene Lions Club is dedicated to several causes, including eyesight and hearing; Scouts, Keene Day Care Center, Keene Fire Department and the local chapter of the American Red Cross. Community projects include swimming pools at Robin Hood and Wheelock Parks, lighting at Alumni Field and Keene Skate Park, and playground equipment at Robin Hood Park. The Keene Lions produces Broadway-styled musicals, including "Annie Get Your Gun" in 2007. Meetings are weekly luncheons on Tuesdays at 12:15pm. The website is www.keenelions.com.
