The Annual Keene Ice & Snow Festival was held in February 7, 2009! Pictures include the 1st place winner of the Ice Carving Competition, the 1st place winner of the Snow Sculpture Competition and the Snowman & Penguin.

Families who attended saw ice carvings, children building snowmen at Snowman Central, snowboarders on the railjam, participated in the snowball throwing contest, enjoy hot chocolate and food, made a s'more on Railroad Square, had their pictures taken with Mr Snowman & Miss Penguin and took a horse-drawn wagon ride! It was a free day of family fun!
